This notice describes the information handled through the KintsuRei website at kintsurei.com. It applies to website visits and inquiries, not to a separate therapy practice or an individual participant agreement.
Information you choose to share
The inquiry form asks for your name, email address, and the program or topic you are asking about. Share only what is needed for a practical inquiry. Please do not submit medical records, financial information, detailed relationship history, or identifying information about another person. This is not a clinical intake form or a confidential client portal.
How inquiries are handled
Information you submit is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss relevant program details or next steps. Sending an inquiry does not enroll you in a group, reserve a place, or subscribe you to a newsletter. Form submissions are not displayed as public comments.
This site uses WordPress.com and Jetpack Forms. Responses are stored in the site’s administrative response area and sent by email to the site’s designated recipient. The hosting, form, email, and spam-protection services process information needed to deliver and protect these communications. Akismet may process submitted information and technical details to check for spam.
Technical information and cookies
WordPress.com is operated by Automattic. Its services may process technical information such as your IP address, browser or device information, referring page, and visit time. Depending on the features used, cookies or similar technologies may support site operation, security, and usage statistics. This website should not be understood as collecting no visitor data.

Your questions and choices

Identity may need to be verified before information is disclosed or changed. Any retention requirements and service-provider limitations will be considered when responding.
Inquiry copies may remain in the response area, email, and backups until removed under the applicable retention processes. Deleting a response from one location does not necessarily remove every copy immediately. Please do not send sensitive information to establish your identity through the initial inquiry.
What this website provides
KintsuRei introduces online coaching, psychoeducation, and support groups. These offerings are not psychotherapy, diagnosis, individualized legal advice, or emergency support. Group participants maintain their own individual therapist. Enrollment, fees, scheduling, and participation expectations are reviewed separately before joining; this website does not process payments.
Privacy in a group is supported by participation agreements, but absolute confidentiality cannot be guaranteed. No particular personal or relationship outcome is promised. This website and its inquiry form are not monitored for urgent help.
