WOMEN’S PROGRAM

Clarity after deception.

A thoughtful online space for women considering or navigating divorce after deception with infidelity and the effects of psychological abuse.

12 weekly sessions · Begins Thursday, January 7, 2027 · 8–10 women

You do not need to have every answer before you begin.

Deception can unsettle your understanding of the relationship, your own perceptions, and the choices in front of you. The group offers accessible education, a steadier pace for reflection, and support without prescribing what your divorce decision should be.

What we’ll explore

Naming the impact

Understanding deception, psychological abuse, and the many ways their effects may show up in daily life.

Finding steadier ground

Stabilization, boundaries, and recognizing patterns of overfunctioning when another person underfunctions.

Rebuilding self-trust

Reconnecting with your judgment, needs, and decision-making while navigating uncertainty and change.

A small, intentionally paced group

This is a 12-week online psychoeducation and support cohort for 8–10 women. You may be considering divorce, beginning the process, or already in it. Your circumstances do not need to match anyone else’s to belong in the conversation.

Participants continue with their own individual therapist. The group is not psychotherapy and does not replace individualized clinical or legal guidance.
